Prior to joining Aetion, Ken served as CTO at WeWork, navigating the company through its hypergrowth and restructuring phases. He also spent a decade at Microsoft, where he managed professional services and built industry-leading software. As an entrepreneur, Ken co-founded two successful fintech startups, showcasing his ability to lead and innovate in dynamic environments. Ken holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Western Australia.
