Cathy Polinsky

Cathy Polinsky is the Chief Technology Officer of DataGrail, an enterprise technology company that partners with brands on their data privacy journey to minimize risk, stay a step ahead of consumer and employee expectations, and save increasingly scarce resources. Previously she was Vice President of Engineering at Shopify, where she led the company's efforts to build its e-commerce infrastructure and scale its engineering team.

Cathy also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Stitch Fix, where she helped take the company public in 2017, and as SVP of Engineering at Salesforce. She has also built robust, large-scale systems and led engineering teams at industry powerhouses like Oracle, Yahoo!, and Amazon. Cathy graduated from Swarthmore College with a degree in computer science and was a member of the Swarthmore College Board of Managers from 2014-2019.
