Jeremy Brody, M.Sc.

Chief Strategy Officer

Jeremy Brody is the chief strategy officer for Aetion. In this role, he is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company and for leading its corporate development activities. Jeremy also is an industry advisor for Warburg Pincus. In this role, Jeremy works with the healthcare deal team to identify, evaluate, invest in and support investments in the life sciences and healthcare verticals.

Prior to his time at Aetion, Jeremy was the head of global strategy and a member of the executive committee of Cerner Enviza. Jeremy led corporate development activities, furthering Enviza’s strategy and fueling the growth of the business. Cerner Enviza was created through the combination of Kantar Health (a Bain Capital company) and Cerner Corporation EMR data and other research assets. As the chief strategy officer, Jeremy led the sale of Kantar Health to Cerner (NASDAQ:CERN) in April 2021 for $375M.

Before Kantar Health, Jeremy was the co-founder and CEO of, the first online physician market research panel in the US. This venture-backed startup was acquired by Interpublic Group (NYSE:IPG) in August 2002. Prior to founding, Jeremy was a senior associate at Covance Health Economics and Outcomes Services, a leading provider of market access and real world evidence.

Jeremy received a Master of Science in health policy and management from the Harvard University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from New York University. When not at work, Jeremy enjoys spending his time with his wife, 6 boys, and granddaughter who always keep things exciting. He also produces live music concerts at a local café.
